Refund Policy

We want Soulr to be a place you genuinely love. Here's exactly how billing and refunds work — no surprises.

Free access

Soulr is free to use. You can create a profile, talk with your Soul Companion, and explore meaningful connections without ever paying. Upgrade only if and when Premium feels right for you.

Premium subscription

Soulr is currently in beta. Founding Members receive Premium free during the beta — there is no checkout flow and no billing at this time. Once paid Premium launches, the policy below will apply.

  • Within 7 days: Full refund on your first paid subscription if Premium hasn't been extensively used.
  • After 7 days: We generally don't refund partial billing periods, but you keep Premium access until the end of the current period.

Cancel anytime

Once paid Premium is available, you'll be able to cancel anytime from your account settings. After cancellation, your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

App Store purchases

When Soulr is offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play, purchases made there are handled under their refund policies. Please contact the respective store directly for those requests.

Exceptions

We don't refund accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms.
