- Profile content: photos, prompts, voice notes, and answers you share.
- Conversations: messages with matches and with your Soul Companion.
- Usage data: device type, app interactions, and approximate location.
How we use your data
We use your information to power thoughtful matchmaking, personalize your Soul Companion, keep the community safe, and improve the experience. We never sell your personal data.
AI processing
Soulr uses AI to understand your values and surface meaningful connections. Your data is processed under strict access controls and is never used to train public models.
Sharing
Information you choose to make visible appears to other members on your profile. We share limited data with trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, payments) under confidentiality agreements.
Your rights
- Access, edit, or delete your data anytime from in-app settings.
- Export a copy of your data on request.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and regular security reviews. Please use a strong password and report anything suspicious to support.soulr@gmail.com.
Age
Soulr is only for adults 18 years and older.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
